At Guillen's, customer service is our corporate goal. We realize that in some cases our customers may find the need to return or exchange parts of their orders.  Please request your returns cancelations or let us know your wishes using the hereunder listed forms:

Standard Order Request form:

Return form.- If you have received an incorrect part, defective, shipment Damaged, no longer needed part or some other reasons.
Order Edit.- You already create an order and need to add some new products, change the quantities requested or just delete some items.
Order Cancelation.- You decide to cancel the requested order before it was shipped because not in stock, pricing, no longer needed or some other reasons.
Technical Assistance or Special Orders.- If you need some technical assistance or special order please describe the product you would like to see us carry on.
Credit Card Update.- If you decide to pay some other credit card or some different way please let us know for a quicker release of shipment

Time of returning:
Within 5 working days of the receipt of material requested for returns or exchanges on defective, incorrectly shipped items or non wanted items.
Return Goods Authorization (RGA) must be issued before return of the product. Please be advised that we can not process any returns without the proper RGA number after applying for an Order Return.
All non wanted items returned must be shipped at the sole expense of the customer and have a 25% restocking fee. All special order products, discontinued products and electronic components cannot be returned.  All items must be returned in their original packaging. You must include with your return all packing material, manuals, installation instructions, parts, etc., to obtain credit. Following the receipt of the returned products, Guillen�s will credit your account. Collect freight shipments will NOT be accepted.
Remember we must be notified immediately in writing
 by clicking HERE regarding all defective, incorrectly shipped, or freight damaged products. When submitting request please be specific and we shall respond to your request before on the next business day with proper procedure and RGA.
If you cancel your order "before" it ships, no restocking fees will apply otherwise a fees and return freight charges will apply. Be advise that y1ou must cancel order only before 2:00 pm EST.
