Guillens Return and Cancellation Policy

We realize that in some cases our customers may find the need to return or exchange a part from their order. In order for us to properly process any returns or exchanges, a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) must be issued before returning the product. Please request your returns in writing by clicking HERE.  You may cancel your order any time prior to pick up or shipment , you may do so under your  my account page.  Non-stock orders, custom or special orders must be paid for in advance.  Some custom or special orders may be non-cancellable or incur restocking fees of 25%, depending on source.

All non wanted items returned must be shipped at the sole expense of the customer and have a 25% restocking fee.

Special order items are NON-Returnable.

 

Discontinued/Obsolete items are NON-Returnable.

Days to Return Item

5 working days of when product was Delivered

All returned goods must be returned within 15 days or the RGA will be cancelled.

 

Any day after, return is voided and merchandise is returned to customer.

Days to Receive Credit

3-7 business days from which items was received.

Items must be in mint condition, never installed.

Delays occur when returned merchandise is not re-sellable.

Items will be reviewed and must past inspection.

Delays also occur when RGA was not requested or assigned.

Credit applied to same card used for purchase, no exceptions.

Additional Information

Items returned without a return number WILL delay credit.

Not responsible for products sent back without authorization.

Collect freight shipments will not be accepted.

All packing material, manuals, installation instructions, parts, etc., must be included to obtain credit.

Items returned with damaged or poorly packed are Not valid for return

Defective

Although it rarely occurs, please notify us immediately regarding Defective, Incorrect Part(s), or Shipment Damage items by clicking click HERE.

When submitting request please be specific and we shall respond to your request before on the next business day with proper procedure and RGA.
