PF2 Model 140-403 - P/N 515  was installed in the one-piece toilet using PF2 Energizer^® Tanks.
"OBSOLETE" since 9/25/2006 and no longer available for a one-piece toilet.
This is a shorter tank and it uses the P/N 352  flush valve

RK140 This is a rebuild kit for the One Piece Toilet's PF2 Energizer^® Tanks..  It consists of the Cap, supply assembly and the P/N 352 flush valve.  
These are all the working parts of the PF2 unit except for the tank.
