RK140 This is a rebuild kit for the One Piece Toilet's PF2 Energizer^® Tanks..  It consists of the Cap, supply assembly and the P/N 352 flush valve.  These are all the working parts of the PF2 unit except for the tank.  

Use RK140 if your Model 150 has a Serial Number lower than 132000
