How do I order a product?
First, find the items
that you are looking for by searching, or browse through our pages per
Manufacturer. On those screens, you will see a box on the right in
which you would enter the quantity desired, then click the ORDER button
to add it to your basket. Once you have finished shopping, or at any
time to view your basket, just click on the shopping basket icon located
at the top of all of our pages. This will bring up a page showing all
of your items, and the shipping charge (if any). For international
orders, please click here. Then simply click on the Check-Out button, which
will bring up the page on which you will enter the information necessary
to process your order, such as name, address, shipping address, email
address, and credit card information. Lastly, you will get a
confirmation page with your order number, which we recommend you
printing out in case you need to contact us concerning your order.

How can I get better results
from a search?
To refine your search,
you have the option to use and
Advance Search option
to narrow your search to only those elements you want. Since we have
thousands of products in our inventory, we suggest that you choose as
many elements as possible to narrow your search.
First, you can pick a
category or a manufacturer. Or, to narrow down your search, choose one
of each. For example, if you are looking for the choices for Kohler
Faucet products, pick Faucets from the Category, and Kohler from
Manufacturer, which will return only Kohler Faucet products, and
none other. If you want to see a specific category by all
manufacturers, then choose "all manufacturers". You can further
streamline your results by an entry in the "Description" field, which
will search our database for any entry with that description. For
example, if you choose the "Parts" category, and enter "Display" in the
Description field, then our database will be searched in the
Parts category for any product with the word "Display" in it, whether by
itself, or in combination with other products.
Similarly, if you feel
you know the manufacturer and name of the product, just put an entry in
those two fields. For example, if you choose "Jacuzzi" as the
manufacturer, and enter "Pump Assy" in the description field, the search
results will show all the Jacuzzi products which has "Pump Assy" in its
name or description. This especially comes in handy when searching
categories in which we have an extensive number of products, such as
Motor, Gasket, Filter, Pipe, Faucet, etc.
Please remember that if
you cannot find a particular product, just
click here to e-mail our sales
department. We'll e-mail back as soon as possible to advise you if
we carry the product and what our price is. If we do not have the
product in stock, we'll tell you if we can special order it for you,
what the price would be, and how long it would take. We strive to
fulfill every customer request, so please do not hesitate to give us a
try.

When should I expect my order?
We ship all orders within
48 hours (holidays and weekends excepted), however we strive to ship all
orders within 24 hours, and are successful in doing so over 95% of the
time. When your order is shipped you will be emailed to be notified of
shipment. However, we will also email you as soon as possible if a
situation exists which prevents us from shipping within this time frame,
and given an indication of when to expect shipment. We ship most orders
via UPS, other shipping alternatives are provided during the Order
Procedure.

Will my information be used for marketing?
Never!
- We never, ever
sell, rent, or otherwise divulge information concerning our customers to
anybody. But we go even further than that. Other than emails to confirm
your order, and to advise you of the shipping status, we never send
emails to our customers for marketing purposes. Nobody appreciates
receiving volumes of unsolicited email, and we treat our customers
accordingly.
